broken fireplace

first off, the king suite's fireplace didn't work at all, despite paying extra for it. then, the pool was downright filthy, with hair and who-knows-what floating around. i almost thought of giving a complimentary review but i just couldn't, such tragedy deserves no accolades.

I recently stayed for two nights and was so impressed with the exceptionally clean King Suite, which was just the right size for my family of four. We really enjoyed the solid breakfast options, especially the well-prepared items that made mornings easy, but the noisy dog in the hall was a bit of a nuisance. I loved the facility. it was beautifully designed and super inviting. The huge selection at breakfast made for a delicious start to my day. the breakfast room's decor with soothing colors created a warm atmosphere for enjoying meals. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a pleasant experience throughout our stay.

However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool area. it could use a thorough cleaning.
